Important Changes to SpringCM Support
Changes to How You Contact Customer Support
Beginning on April 1st, you’ll start to see a few changes in your support experience, as you will submit new support tickets via the DocuSign Support Center. Please note that the email address email@example.com will no longer be available for submitting new requests, you will need to submit via the DocuSign Support Center.
You will receive an email on or before April 1 with instructions on how to log in and access the DocuSign Support Center (you may need to check spam folders). You can expect to receive continued high levels of product and solution expertise, and quick issue resolution when you have a question.
Until the dates mentioned here, all of your existing customer support channels and access to information will remain unchanged. Should you have any questions in the interim please feel free to reach out to your SpringCM Customer Success Manager or the Customer Support team.
